• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,840 - $1,940

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the applicable state
• At least 1 year of bedside nursing experience required; 2 years preferred
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within the first 8 hours of admission
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with patients, families, and the care team
• Provide timely updates for team conferences and re-evaluations
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
• Support patient rehabilitation goals through education, encouragement, and skilled bedside care
• Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching early in the care process
• Communicate changes in patient status to the appropriate care providers to support continuity and patient safety
• Supervise and direct ancillary nursing personnel as needed
• Promote a safe, positive, and efficient inpatient unit environment
• Assume charge responsibilities after orientation, as assigned
