• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Patient Ratio: Typically 1:6 to 1:7
• Setting Highlights: 36-bed adult Med/Surg unit with a collaborative care environment

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Completion of all required clinical modules
• Travel RN experience preferred
• Ability to provide total patient care in a high-volume acute care setting
• Willingness to float as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bedside nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients
• Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and communicate changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery
• Maintain safe, efficient, and compassionate care throughout the shift
• Adapt to unit needs, including floating when required
• Support a positive patient experience through professionalism and strong clinical judgment
