Job Details

- Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Schedule: Rotating weekends

- Department Highlights: 54-bed emergency department with an approximate 4:1 patient ratio
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required
- Current TNCC certification required
- Strong prioritization, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced emergency care team
- Meditech EHR experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in the Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients with varying levels of acuity
- Respond quickly to changing patient conditions and prioritize care accordingly
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
- Support a positive patient experience through strong communication and clinical expertise
