• Department Highlights: 54-bed emergency department with an approximate 4:1 patient ratio

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Current TNCC certification required
• Strong prioritization, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced emergency care team
• Meditech EHR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in the Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with varying levels of acuity
• Respond quickly to changing patient conditions and prioritize care accordingly
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Support a positive patient experience through strong communication and clinical expertise
