• Orientation: Bi-weekly orientation available
• Call Requirement: Yes
• Float Requirement: PCU, ED, and Med-Surg

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• PALS certification
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• Experience with obstetric triage, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and recovery preferred
• Ability to support floating as needed to related units
• Comfort working in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring, postpartum, and gynecologic patients
• Support pregnancy assessments, preterm labor triage, and observation
• Assist with labor care, cesarean recovery, and postpartum nursing needs
• Care for post-gynecology and hysterectomy patients as assigned
• Respond appropriately to call requirements and unit needs
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation using the facility EHR system
• Provide flexible support across designated floating areas when needed
