• Schedule Needs: Every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Experience working night shifts in an inpatient acute care setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Willingness to complete required onboarding, screening, and competency documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments according to standards of practice
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and understanding of care plans
• Support unit coverage needs, including every other weekend and holiday shifts
