• Schedule: Rotating day/evening/night shifts, every other weekend, with holidays, on-call, callback, and charge responsibilities as needed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Hours Per Week: 36

Job Requirements

• Active New York State RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of registered nurse experience
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule and changing unit needs
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, compassionate patient care based on established clinical standards
• Work under the direction of the Nurse Manager to support safe and effective patient outcomes
• Deliver care in a Med/Surg float environment and respond to evolving patient needs
• Use telemetry experience to monitor and assess patients appropriately
• Take on expanded responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member as assigned
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote service excellence and quality care
• Support clinical practice, professional development, and evidence-based care initiatives
