Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing or acute care nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, triage, and prioritization skills
• Experience caring for a wide range of emergency and urgent care patients preferred
• Reliable, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients presenting with urgent and emergent needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely patient flow
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
• Maintain a calm, professional presence during high-acuity situations and emergency cases
• Support safe, efficient care delivery during night shifts, weekends, and holiday rotation
