Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience titrating pressors and managing IV medications for critically ill patients
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity environment
• Comfort working night shifts and adapting to changing patient needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
• Monitor and manage patients requiring ventilation and complex medication therapy
• Titrate pressors and administer IV medications per clinical protocols
• Support patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, CVA, and hypertensive urgency
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, effective outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide attentive, compassionate bedside care
