Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Experience titrating pressors and managing IV medications for critically ill patients
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity environment
- Comfort working night shifts and adapting to changing patient needs
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical ICU
- Monitor and manage patients requiring ventilation and complex medication therapy
- Titrate pressors and administer IV medications per clinical protocols
- Support patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, CVA, and hypertensive urgency
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, effective outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide attentive, compassionate bedside care
