• Position: Travel ICU RN / ICU Registered Nurse

• Shift Duration: 12-hour days
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Schedule: Weekends as scheduled; self-scheduling and block scheduling may be available based on unit needs
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Setting: Acute care ICU

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of critical care experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong experience with CRRT, IABP, ventilators, vasoactive drips, sedation, and paralytics
• Comfortable titrating critical care medications within ordered parameters
• Ability to assist with central line care and removal
• Proficient with EPIC charting preferred
• Must be able to float to Stepdown and Med/Surg as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients with complex medical and surgical needs
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Manage and titrate critical care infusions according to protocol and provider orders
• Care for patients requiring advanced respiratory and hemodynamic support
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapy, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Perform central line care and removal when indicated
• Support safe patient transitions and participate in floating assignments as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EPIC
