• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Shift Schedule: Rotating days, evenings, and nights as needed; every other weekend
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of emergency nursing experience in an Emergency Department or ER setting
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong emergency nursing skills, including assessment, documentation, IV therapy, phlebotomy, EKG interpretation, cardiac monitoring, point-of-care testing, splinting, critical thinking, and patient education
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and float when needed
• Experience with EPIC/ASAP charting preferred
• TNCC and NRP certifications strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across a wide range of acuity levels
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients in a busy emergency department
• Perform essential ER procedures and support rapid clinical decision-making
• Document care accurately and maintain a safe, efficient workflow
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote timely, patient-centered care
• Adapt to rotating schedules, weekend coverage, and floating assignments as needed
• Provide compassionate care to pediatric, behavioral health, and adult emergency patients
