• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, approximately 3 shifts per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Unit: Emergency Department
• Setting: 28-bed ED with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Orientation: 5 days, including classroom and floor training

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department, ER, or Level II/III ED experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIH Stroke certification required
• Strong clinical experience caring for high-acuity patients and emergency cases
• Ability to complete required onboarding exams and orientation successfully
• Comfort working night shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency nursing environment
• Experience with trauma, sepsis, CHF, CVA, chest pain, shortness of breath, and other common ED presentations preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency patients across a variety of acuity levels
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring in the ED
• Support care for conditions such as trauma, stroke, sepsis, CHF, respiratory distress, and chest pain
• Assist with emergency procedures including intubation support, chest tubes, and dislocation management
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver efficient, compassionate care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety, quality, and infection-control standards
• Work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt quickly to changing patient needs
