Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience required
• Current RN licensure and eligibility to work in Texas or compact-state eligibility
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC
• Strong flexibility and adaptability in a high-acuity emergency department
• Friendly, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to care for patients ranging from birth through end of life
• Comfort working with electronic medical records and fast-paced clinical workflows

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in a busy emergency department
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring
• Respond to changing patient conditions with strong clinical judgment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely treatment
• Provide care to a diverse patient population with varying acuity levels
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the EMR
• Follow established unit guidelines, nursing standards, and best practices
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in high-pressure situations
