• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a collaborative acute care environment
• Travel nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to medical-surgical patients
• Perform patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and escalate concerns as needed
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain high standards of patient safety
• Respond effectively to the needs of a dynamic inpatient unit
