• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,220 - $2,340
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 14, 2026
• Unit Setting: Labor & Delivery with triage, PACU, and OR support
• Schedule Notes: Rotating weekends and holidays; no call
• Documentation System: EPIC
• Medication System: Pyxis
• Float: May be asked to support postpartum and antepartum areas as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Arkansas or a compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Recent EPIC experience required
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring preferred
• Level I trauma experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
• Comfort working in a high-acuity OB and women’s health environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care for high-risk OB patients, antepartum and postpartum patients, and newborn stabilization cases
• Circulate C-sections and support operating room activity as needed
• Monitor laboring patients using fetal monitoring equipment and other clinical technology
• Start IVs and draw labs on mothers and babies
• Administer and manage medications and infusions including oxytocin, magnesium sulfate, and insulin
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, anesthesia, and respiratory support teams
• Respond quickly to changing patient needs in a busy Labor & Delivery unit
• Deliver excellent bedside nursing care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
