• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Unit Setting: Full-scope L&D / LDRP environment with labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring preferred
• STABLE preferred
• Experience circulating C-sections
• Strong skills in high-risk labor management and Pitocin titration
• Ability to interpret fetal monitoring patterns
• Competence in neonatal resuscitation participation and postpartum/couplet care
• Comfort working independently in a low-volume, high-acuity setting

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care across labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn service areas
• Support induction and augmentation of labor, including monitoring and intervention as indicated
• Monitor fetal heart rate patterns and respond appropriately to changes in maternal or fetal status
• Assist with and circulate cesarean sections
• Participate in neonatal stabilization and newborn resuscitation efforts
• Deliver safe postpartum and couplet care for mothers and infants
• Float within women’s services as needed based on unit needs and census
• Maintain high standards of communication, clinical judgment, and compassionate patient care
