- Unit Setting: Level 4 Labor & Delivery Recovery unit with delivery rooms, operating rooms, and triage beds
Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- At least 2 years of Level 3 or Level 4 Labor & Delivery experience
- Experience providing safe, age-specific nursing care in a high-acuity maternal care setting
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical collaboration skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation
Responsibilities
- Deliver effective, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process
- Support safe clinical practice and positive maternal outcomes through strong technical nursing skills
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy at all times
- Contribute to professional nursing practice, quality care, and clinical excellence
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support Labor & Delivery unit operations
