• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,450 - $2,580
• Shift: 4 ten-hour day shifts per week with rotating evening, night, and weekend call
• Shift Duration: 10 hours
• Shifts Per Week: 4
• Guaranteed Hours: 38 per week
• Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 – a scenic mountain community known for its natural beauty, hot springs, and year-round outdoor recreation

Job Requirements

• Active Colorado RN license or compact RN license in good standing
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the operating room or perioperative nursing
• Experience with circulating and scrub roles preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment and rotating call schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care during the intraoperative phase of surgical procedures
• Assist with circulating and scrub duties as needed
• Support a broad range of surgical cases, including general, orthopedic, neuro, ENT, plastics, urology, OB-GYN, pediatric, and trauma procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team to ensure smooth case flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold sterile technique and patient safety standards
• Respond professionally to rotating evening, night, and weekend call assignments
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellent patient outcomes
