- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,160 - $2,270
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
- ACLS certification required
- BSN preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity acute care environment
- Experience with Cerner and telemetry monitoring preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care to adult and geriatric medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly with appropriate interventions
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to plan of care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Use critical thinking and decisive judgment in a stressful clinical environment
- Support a collaborative, professional unit culture focused on quality care
