• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,160 - $2,270

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• ACLS certification required
• BSN preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity acute care environment
• Experience with Cerner and telemetry monitoring preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care to adult and geriatric medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly with appropriate interventions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Use critical thinking and decisive judgment in a stressful clinical environment
• Support a collaborative, professional unit culture focused on quality care
