• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Shifts Per Week: 3
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Active Vermont RN license or compact multi-state RN license
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room Registered Nurse experience required
• BLS and ACLS required
• TNCC preferred
• Experience with Meditech preferred; ability to learn quickly is essential
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Must be comfortable working in a rural emergency department setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust the nursing care plan as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Deliver efficient, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
• Support a busy ED with a proactive, team-first attitude
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and departmental priorities
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
