Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Experience caring for critically ill adult patients in an ICU or critical care setting
• Comfort working with ventilators, IV pumps, and Meditech EHR
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients with complex needs
• Monitor patient status, assess clinical changes, and escalate concerns promptly
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and support ventilator-dependent patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, effective care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Respond to call requirements and assist with floating as needed
• Maintain a calm, professional presence while delivering compassionate bedside care
