- Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours
- Call Requirements: If stress testing experience is present, weekend call rotation may include one weekend per month and holidays
- Setting: Acute care, cardiac and critical care environment
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,630

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing, critical care, or cardiac nursing experience
- Current North Dakota RN license, or willingness to obtain
- ACLS certification through AHA
- BLS certification through AHA
- Experience with conscious sedation and post-procedure recovery
- Strong rhythm interpretation, cardiac monitoring, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care in a 1:1 setting
- Experience with EPIC charting preferred
- Stress testing experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Support patient care for transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) and cardioversions
- Monitor and recover patients following cardiac procedures
- Administer conscious sedation per clinical standards and protocols
- Perform detailed cardiac assessments and rhythm interpretation
- Collaborate with providers and the charge nurse to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with a high-volume daily caseload in a focused procedural setting
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and follow unit-specific workflows
- Deliver attentive, patient-centered care while helping maintain a safe, efficient environment
