Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience required
• Experience in inpatient nursing, patient assessment, and clinical monitoring preferred
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Comfort working night shifts and participating in weekend coverage as needed
• Basic clinical competency in telemetry monitoring, prioritization, and patient care coordination

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry patterns and promptly report changes in patient condition
• Perform thorough assessments, administer medications, and support treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge preparation
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
