Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices, surgical nursing, and sterile technique
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative process
• Prepare the operating room and support safe, efficient surgical flow
• Assist surgeons and the OR team during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and follow infection prevention standards
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes during surgery
• Document care accurately and collaborate closely with the surgical care team
