• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890

• Setting: Level III NICU

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hospital nursing or specialty experience
• Level III NICU experience required
• Active Texas RN license required; temporary licenses are not accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Ability to attend deliveries, including C-sections
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for critically ill and premature newborns in the NICU
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Assist with deliveries, including high-acuity and cesarean cases
• Support respiratory care needs using common NICU equipment and therapies
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, and clinical observations
• Collaborate with physicians, neonatal providers, and the care team to promote the best possible outcomes
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in a fast-paced clinical setting
