• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and eligibility to work in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department or ER nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Strong compassion, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset
• Preferred: ENPC
• Preferred: Experience with Meditech, cardiac monitoring, IV starts, blood draws, moderate sedation, and TNK administration

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy, fast-paced Emergency Department
• Assess patients quickly and accurately to support timely treatment decisions
• Perform IV insertions, blood draws, cardiac monitoring, and other routine ED procedures
• Support patients requiring moderate sedation and emergency interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, effective care
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation in the electronic medical record
• Respond calmly and professionally to changing patient conditions and acuity levels
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment built on communication and reliability
