• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540

• Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
• Experience with Expanse EMR strongly preferred
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current TNCC certification
• Current PALS and ENPC certifications
• CPI/NICRSIS certification
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care in a busy Emergency Department
• Perform triage, assessment, and reassessment of patients
• Start IVs, draw labs, and obtain EKGs as needed
• Support efficient patient flow in a 4:1 patient ratio environment
• Document accurately in the EMR and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Adapt to floating needs between the main ED and another nearby emergency setting as assigned
• Follow unit policies, safety standards, and established code of conduct expectations
• Deliver compassionate care while upholding a strong service-focused team culture
