• Contract Length: 16 weeks
• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Weekend/Holiday Expectations: Every other weekend and major holidays as required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact eligibility
• Minimum of 2.5 to 3 years of NICU experience required
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Experience with cooling therapy, ventilators, JET ventilators, and oscillators required
• Strong neonatal and pediatric assessment skills
• Previous experience in a high-acuity critical care or neonatal nursing environment preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and family-centered care skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced travel nursing assignment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for neonates in a Level III NICU
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor patient status
• Administer medications and therapies according to established nursing standards and protocols
• Support infants requiring advanced neonatal care, including cooling therapy and ventilator management
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and provide stabilization as needed
• Educate and support families throughout the care experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety at all times
