Job Details

• Position: Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN)
• Setting: Hospital telemetry / medicine unit
• Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250 - $2,370
• Start Date: 09/28/2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent telemetry nursing or acute care nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing telemetry patients in a hospital setting
• Ability to work scheduled night shifts with reliability and professionalism
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to hospital protocols and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Document care accurately while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality
• Support a positive, compassionate, and efficient unit environment
