• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient cardiac procedural lab, including cath lab and EP support
• Location: Rochester, NY
• Start Date: 9/14/2026
• Duration: 17 weeks
• Schedule: 36 hours per week preferred; 12-hour day shifts, with 4x10 or 3x12 scheduling options based on unit needs
• Additional Schedule Needs: Weekends, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge coverage as needed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,920-$3,080

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of Cath Lab RN experience
• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• ACLS (AHA) certification
• Moderate sedation training
• Telemetry and dysrhythmia proficiency
• Critical care or cardiac nursing experience required
• Experience with TAVR, MitraClip, and Watchman procedures required
• Experience with right and left heart hemodynamics, PCI, CTO, pericardiocentesis, vascular interventions, and mechanical circulatory support strongly preferred
• Cardiovascular certification or RCES preferred

Responsibilities

• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the cath lab and EP setting
• Provide safe pre-procedural and post-procedural patient care in holding and recovery areas
• Assist with complex structural heart procedures and mechanical circulatory support cases
• Collaborate with physicians, CVTs, and the nursing team to promote excellent patient outcomes
• Monitor telemetry and rhythm changes, responding appropriately in a high-acuity cardiovascular environment
• Participate in moderate sedation and procedural support as indicated
• Contribute to efficient workflow, patient satisfaction, and a high standard of cardiac care
