• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Shift: Varied day shifts with coverage needs including 9-5, 11-7, 1-9, and 3-11
• Call: One to two times per week in 8-hour increments
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend or as needed
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• EHR: EPIC
• Orientation: Weekly, on Mondays

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• Current ACLS, BLS, and CPI/HWC certifications
• 3+ years of nursing experience
• Operating room nurse or surgical services experience preferred
• Ability to work varied shifts, on-call rotations, and weekend coverage
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Preferred experience: charge nurse responsibilities, Level I trauma, and robotic surgery
• Ability to complete required clearances and screenings prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical services setting
• Support a broad range of cases, including orthopedics, gynecology, OB, plastics, general surgery, cardiovascular, neuro, urology, breast, and podiatry
• Deliver safe, attentive patient care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the care team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Respond to call assignments and weekend coverage as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EPIC electronic health record system
• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and a positive team environment
