• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,840 - $1,940
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift, as applicable
• Minimum 2 years of bedside nursing experience highly desired
• Experience in LTAC, acute care, med-surg, critical care, or similar clinical settings preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-centered, team-based environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with the LTAC care plan
• Perform timely patient assessments and help develop individualized plans of care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education from admission through discharge
• Communicate changes in patient status to the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote continuity of care
• Supervise and support licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and orientees as needed
• Promote patient and staff safety by following all policies, procedures, and best practices
• Contribute to a positive unit culture through teamwork, professionalism, and calm leadership
