• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Schedule: Days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent emergency room, med-surg, or acute care nursing experience
• Strong EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a critical access hospital or small-hospital setting
• Comfortable with rotating shifts and a flexible schedule
• Excellent communication, assessment, prioritization, and clinical decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in the emergency department and related inpatient settings
• Float between ED and med-surg assignments as needed based on patient volume and staffing needs
• Perform thorough patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support efficient patient flow and quality outcomes
• Accurately document care and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
