Job Details

• Position: Med/Surg Registered Nurse
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Location: Boston, MA 02114
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts, any shift
• Schedule: Rotating day/night schedule, every other weekend, and every other holiday
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Medical/Surgical RN certification or equivalent Med/Surg nursing experience
• At least 1 year of recent travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in a medical/surgical or acute care setting
• Ability to work rotating shifts and meet assignment schedule requirements
• Willingness to float between Phillips 20 and Phillips 21 as needed
• Ability to complete required onboarding and compliance documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to adult medical/surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Support unit needs across assigned areas and float between designated medical units when required
• Maintain professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication in a fast-paced hospital environment
