• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800–$1,890
• Patient Ratio: 1:1 to 1:2 depending on acuity
• Unit Size: 13 beds

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 5 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification from AHA or ARC
• NRP certification
• AWHONN fetal heart monitoring certification
• Experience with circulating procedures; CLS experience preferred
• Transition experience preferred
• Ability to work scheduled day shifts without block scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support circulating duties and assist with clinical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver efficient, patient-centered maternity care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Adapt to varying patient acuity while promoting positive outcomes for patients and families
