Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
• Experience documenting in EPIC electronic medical records (EMR)
• Reliable, team-oriented approach to patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult med/surg and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care
• Float within the unit as needed based on patient care demands
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Support patient safety, quality outcomes, and a positive team environment
