• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,930-$2,030

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg or telemetry experience preferred
• Experience caring for post-operative or post-procedural patients strongly valued
• Ability to work night shift nursing schedules in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to complete required onboarding, health screenings, and competency items prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to telemetry patients recovering from surgery or procedures
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition
• Care for patients transferred from the cath lab and support occasional ER overflow needs as assigned
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment plans and promote positive outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Support a patient-centered environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
