Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department or specialty experience required
• Acute care experience required
• Prior travel nurse experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Up-to-date resume showing relevant ER or ED experience
• Two recent manager or supervisor references in the matching specialty
• Completed skills checklist matching the specialty
• Valid driver’s license with an address matching submitted demographics
• NURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing active or conditional Massachusetts RN license
• Flu vaccination required during season
• Epic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Emergency Department patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions with urgency and clinical judgment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to support safe, effective patient care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and standards of practice
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
• Support patient flow by prioritizing care based on acuity and department needs
• Maintain professionalism while working nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
