Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Meditech experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Professional, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients across a diverse age range
• Monitor patient conditions, document assessments, and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and facility protocols
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
• Support safe, efficient workflow while maintaining excellent patient care
• Float as needed to meet unit coverage requirements
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
