• Shift: 8-hour day shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours
• Hours per Week: 40
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,560 - $2,690
• Location: Plymouth, MA

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Strong ECG/telemetry and medication knowledge required prior to acceptance
• Ability to complete required testing with a passing score on the first attempt
• Experience in PACU, preoperative nursing, procedural nursing, or endoscopy preferred
• Must provide interview availability and all requested documentation at submission
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient interviews and preoperative assessments
• Document findings accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Review medical histories and identify pre-surgical needs
• Coordinate pre-surgical requirements to help keep patients on track for procedures
• Track patients through the pre-admission process from intake to surgery readiness
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
• Support safe, efficient workflow in a busy outpatient surgical environment
• Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach
