Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Experience with high-risk OB patients strongly preferred
• BSN required
• Current ACLS, BLS (AHA), and NRP certifications required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service and clinical communication skills
• Comfort working with Meditech and GE charting systems is a plus
• Must be comfortable floating to OB or nursery tasks as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and skilled nursing care for labor and delivery patients
• Support care for high-risk OB patients, antepartum patients, and patients undergoing C-sections
• Perform full assessments and nursing exams as part of routine patient care
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain excellent patient flow and quality outcomes
• Assist with OB and nursery needs when floated, without taking primary patients in those areas
• Document accurately in dual charting systems as required
• Deliver a high level of professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered service
