• Setting: Coronary care / cardiac stepdown unit
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,680 - $1,770
• Location: Belmont, North Carolina
• Start Date: September 8, 2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Successful completion of a dysrhythmia exam within 24 hours of offer
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity cardiac care and telemetry environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for cardiac stepdown and coronary care patients
• Monitor patient status closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support care for patients requiring telemetry and advanced cardiac observation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Deliver high-quality care in a night shift environment with strong attention to detail
