• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,500 - $1,580

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit or similar acute care nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse license
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to progressive care patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and communicate promptly with the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
• Deliver patient education and support families throughout the care process
