• Shift: 12 Hour Nights; Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Call: No call required

Job Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 3 years of current or recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown nursing experience
• Ability to read telemetry strips and successfully pass competency testing on day one
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Experience floating across Med/Surg-style inpatient units is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability in a busy hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Primarily support a respiratory-focused unit while floating as needed to related Med/Surg areas
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the care team to support safe patient outcomes
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong charting standards
• Follow facility protocols, safety standards, and unit workflows
• Deliver dependable night shift care with professionalism, flexibility, and teamwork
