• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,970–$2,080

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room or a related surgical specialty
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• Experience with a broad range of surgical cases strongly preferred
• Ability to work holiday coverage as scheduled
• Strong teamwork, communication, and perioperative assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Prepare patients, equipment, and the surgical environment for procedures
• Support a variety of cases, including robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastics, and gynecology
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure smooth case flow
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and respond appropriately to changing needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical and safety standards
• Contribute to efficient room turnover and high standards of patient-centered care
