• Shift: 12-hour nights, 4 shifts per week
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,660–$1,750
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend and holiday

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Minimum 1 year of bedside nursing experience required; 2 years highly desired
• Experience in LTAC, acute care, med-surg, telemetry, or similar clinical settings preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

RN Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments within the first 8 hours of admission
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Participate in weekly care conferences and support care coordination
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education beginning on admission
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the charge nurse, physician, and care team
• Support rehabilitation goals, patient safety, infection control, and quality outcomes
• Delegate and coordinate care appropriately with ancillary nursing staff
• Maintain safe work practices and contribute to a positive, collaborative unit culture
• Take initiative in professional development and ongoing clinical learning
