- Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,660 - $1,750

Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum Two (2) Years Bedside Clinical Experience highly preferred
- BLS certification required prior to first shift
- ACLS certification required prior to first shift
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered care setting
- Experience in long-term acute care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred
LTAC Nursing Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
- Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide timely updates for team conferences and patient re-evaluations
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the medical record
- Support patient rehabilitation efforts and promote positive outcomes in an LTAC setting
- Initiate discharge planning and patient education from day one
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate care team members
- Delegate and supervise ancillary nursing personnel appropriately
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient clinical environment
- Contribute to a positive unit culture through teamwork, professionalism, and patient advocacy
