• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, 4x10s, Monday through Friday
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: Required
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: No weekends; every other holiday
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,330 - $2,460

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient or acute care operating room experience
• Trauma experience required
• Experience working in a circulating RN role
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• CST National Certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• CNOR certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based surgical environment
• Basic computer proficiency and the physical ability to meet job demands

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled circulating support in the operating room
• Assist with perioperative patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Support trauma-related surgical cases while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to promote safe, efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
• Adapt to a busy OR environment while delivering high-quality patient care
• Participate in on-call coverage as assigned
