• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,050 - $2,160

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
• Compact license required at submission if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience required
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and CCRN certifications required
• Strong experience with ventilated patients, arterial lines, central line care, vasoactive drips, and dysrhythmia management
• Ability to care for complex critical care patients including CRRT, ECMO, ARDS, and post-procedure cardiac patients
• Must be comfortable floating to other units and nearby sister facilities as needed
• Must have reliable transportation for the assignment
• Two professional references covering the last year of experience within the past 3 years

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity nursing care for adult ICU patients in a collaborative critical care environment
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, oxygenation status, hemodynamics, and arterial blood gases
• Manage ventilators, tracheostomies, invasive lines, and advanced critical care equipment
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications, sedation, paralytics, and other IV therapies as ordered
• Care for patients requiring CRRT, ECMO support, IABP, VADs, and other specialized interventions
• Support patients with complex diagnoses such as respiratory failure, stroke, multisystem organ dysfunction, and post-neurosurgical needs
• Collaborate closely with respiratory therapy, pharmacy, rapid response, imaging, and other support teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver safe, timely, compassionate patient care
• Adapt to changing unit needs and contribute to a strong team environment
