- Shift Pattern: Weekday coverage may include 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM; weekend coverage may include 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM on an every-other-weekend rotation

Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
- Prior ICU or acute care experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative care team
- Comfortable with travel nurse assignment expectations and shifting operational needs
- Compliance with standard onboarding, credentialing, and health screening requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervisory support for nursing operations
- Help coordinate patient care workflow and support staff as needed
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing team members
- Promote safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
- Assist with communication between departments to support smooth unit operations
- Monitor adherence to clinical standards, policies, and procedures
- Respond to changing unit needs with professionalism and sound judgment
