Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- ICU experience or strong critical care background required
- Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or nurse leadership experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently while supporting interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Current compliance with onboarding and health screening requirements
- Strong communication, organization, clinical support, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing staff to help ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Promote teamwork, efficiency, and a positive clinical environment
- Monitor patient care processes and assist with workflow coordination
